MastOnorm®, an oral product derived from botanical ingredients, is intended to eliminate the effects of fibrocystic breast disease (FBD). There is no currently approved therapy for the treatment of FBD.
Evaluating an earlier version of the MastOnorm formulation, a total of 488 ambulatory patients at the Georgian National Center of Oncology (Tbilisi, Georgia) participated in a clinical trial. The patients received two pills of the herbal complex twice a day during a 12-week period. At the completion of the treatment, the following was observed:
Reduction of breast pain in 100% of study subjects
Reduction of breast swelling and tenderness in 97.54%
Reduction of breast nodularity in 95.29%
Reduction of palpable breast lumps in 89.8%
Reduction of nipple discharge in 95.69%
Reduction of breast inflammation in 96.78%
